Slot schedule and capacity

Setting which slots run, at what time and for how many climbers.

Settings > Slot Schedule

   Open Slot Management

   Settings > Slot Schedule lists scheduled slots with date, day, time, capacity, session type and whether it's a holiday slot.

   Default pattern

   Edit Default/Standard Slot sets the normal recurring pattern used when nothing more specific applies.

   Add a slot

   Create Scheduled slot lets you add a slot for a specific day or date, choose the session type and set the capacity.

   Capacity 0 closes a slot

   Setting capacity to 0 stops customers booking it while keeping the slot on the timetable — the usual way to pull a session at short notice.

   Check your work

   Look at Bookings > Calendar afterwards to confirm the day looks how you expect.
