Payment providers

Which payment methods are switched on.

Settings > Payment Providers

   Open Payment Settings

   Settings > Payment Providers is grouped into Standard (Cash, Complimentary/Free, External Terminal), Card (Public), Terminal (Admin) and Direct Debit.

   Standard methods

   Cash, Complimentary/Free and External Terminal can each be enabled or disabled. Complimentary/Free records a zero-value booking without pretending money changed hands.

   Card provider

   Card Payment Provider selects the online provider (e.g. Stripe or Windcave px5). Terminal providers cover the card machines on reception.

4. 4

   Payment modal behaviour

   There is a setting for whether the payment amount is filled in automatically with the full requested amount, or left for staff to type. Leaving it automatic reduces mistakes.

   Save

   Press Save after any change and test with a small transaction.
