Sending a payment link

Letting a customer pay a balance by card without coming in.

Open Payment Links
Payments > Payment Links lists links with what they're payable against (e.g. 'Climbing: 88426' or 'party: 7DMQXL'), the amount, state and created/expiry times.

Create a link
Generate a link from the booking or party you want paid, for the outstanding amount.

Send it
Email or text the link to the booker. They pay by card and the balance updates automatically.

Track it
Filter by state — PENDING, COMPLETED, EXPIRED, VOID or CANCELLED — to see who still hasn't paid.

Expired links
An expired link can't be used. Just create a fresh one and send it again.
