Parties > Pending Confirmation / Delinquent Payments

   Pending Confirmation

   This list shows parties that are booked but not yet confirmed. Each row shows the booking number, who it's booked for and by, the booker's email and phone, the date and time, the package, the states (e.g. Booked, Part Paid, Pending Confirmation), how much is paid of the total, and waiver progress such as '0/8 Waivers Signed'.

   Confirm a party

   Press View to open it, check the deposit has landed and the details are right, then confirm.

   Delinquent Payments

   Parties > Delinquent Payments lists parties whose balance is overdue. Work through it weekly and send a payment link for anything outstanding.

   Upcoming Parties

   Parties > Upcoming is your prep list for the week — packages, numbers and extras to order for.

   Waivers

   The waiver count tells you how many guests have signed. Chase the booker if it's still low a day or two before.
