Party rooms and spaces
How rooms, spaces and capacities fit together.
Parties > Party Rooms / Party Spaces
- 1
Rooms are the physical areas
Parties > Party Rooms lists the real spaces — Table 01- Front, Table 02- and Toddler. Create Party Room adds another.
- 2
Spaces are what customers book
Parties > Party Spaces maps a bookable slot onto a room, with a capacity range and a duration. For example 'Table - 01 - (Hour)' uses Table 01- Front with capacity 6-15.
- 3
Enable, disable or restrict
Each space is Enabled, Disabled or Admin Only. Admin Only spaces (like Toddler) can only be booked by staff.
- 4
Block List
Use Block List on the Party Spaces page to block out dates when a space cannot be used — maintenance, private hire or staffing.
Watch out for
- Several older spaces are kept but Disabled. Check the Enabled column before assuming a space is bookable.
