Party packages and extras

Editing what's included, the price per climber and the optional extras.

Parties > Packages / Party Extras

   Party Packages

   Parties > Packages lists each package with its price per climber (exc. and inc. VAT), whether it's Enabled and which party spaces it can be booked into.

   Edit a package

   Press View to change the name, price, description, spaces and availability, then save.

3. 3

   Retire rather than delete

   Set an old package to Disabled instead of deleting it, so historic parties keep their correct details.

   Edit Party Waiver

   The Edit Party Waiver button on this page jumps to the waiver used for party guests.

5. 5

   Party Extras

   Parties > Party Extras holds items like Slushies, Party Bags, Leap of Faith or Dropslide and hot drink tokens. Each has a Distribution of '1 per party' or '1 per party member', a price and an Enabled / Disabled / Admin Only state.
