Waiver forms and versions

The Clip n Climb and Party waivers, and how versions work.

Waivers > Configurations

   Open Configurations

   Waivers > Configurations lists the waivers — Clip n Climb (for the Clip 'n Climb activity) and Party — with whether each is enabled and active, and a version count such as '5/5'.

   Edit the wording

   View opens the waiver so you can change the text and questions.

   Versions

   Changing the wording creates a new version. Waivers already signed stay attached to the version the customer actually agreed to, which is what you need if there's ever a dispute.

   Links

   Links gives you the shareable waiver URL to send to a customer or put on a tablet.

5. 5

   New waiver

   Create Waiver adds one for a new activity.
