Party discount codes

Codes that apply specifically to party packages.

   Open Party Discounts

   Parties > Discounts is a separate list from the main climbing discounts. Each row shows the name, code, uses against the limit, which packages it applies to and whether it's enabled.

   Create one

   Create Party Discount, give it a name and code, choose which packages it can be used against and set any usage limit.

   Naming convention

   Many existing codes are named after the customer with a date, e.g. 'STOCKMAN300425'. Following that pattern makes one-off goodwill discounts easy to trace later.

   Turn one off

   Open it with View and set it to Disabled rather than deleting it.
