Creating codes, automatic discounts and the rules that control them.

   Open Discounts

   Discounts > All Discounts lists every code with its current usage (e.g. '32/Unlimited' or '2/32'), whether it applies automatically, and whether it's active.

   Create one

   Create Discount asks for Name, Tag, whether to Apply Automatically, the Code, Status (Active/Disabled), and whether it can be combined with offers and add-ons.

   Combining rules

   'Can be used with offers?' and 'Can be used with addons?' each offer Yes / 'Yes, but DO NOT discount value' / No. The middle option lets a customer keep the extra but stops the discount applying to its price.

   Add rules

   Rules limit when a code works: Booking Is In Date Range, Booking Is In Time Range, Booking Is On Day, Booking Made In Date/Time Range or On Day, Limited Number Of Uses Per Slot, Limited Usage, Maximum/Minimum Number Of People In Booking, and booking total maximums and minimums.

   Automatic discounts

   Apply Automatically = Yes means the discount is applied without the customer typing anything — perfect for a promotion week, and worth double-checking before it goes live.

   Turn one off

   Set it to Disabled. Usage history is kept.
