Taking an order on the till

Creating, finding and completing EPOS orders.

EPOS > EPOS

   Open the till

   EPOS > EPOS is the Find/Create EPOS Order screen. It auto-refreshes every few seconds and shows live orders with server, table number, order number, order state, payment state, created time, deliverables, balance and total.

   Start an order

   Press Create New EPOS Order and choose the screen — Cafe, Merchandise or Activities.

   Add items

   Tap through the categories and items to build the order.

   Park or pay

   Leave the order open to add to later, or take payment to close it. Reload Orders refreshes the list immediately if you don't want to wait for the auto-refresh.

   Kitchen orders

   Food items appear on EPOS > Pending Kitchen Orders, which shows a live count of orders waiting to be made.
