Inventory categories and items for the café and shop.

EPOS > Inventory Categories / Inventory Items

   Categories

   EPOS > Inventory Categories groups products (6" Pizzas, CNC Admissions, Cold Drink, Confectionery, Deals & Specials and so on) and shows how many items each holds.

   Add a category

   Create EPOS Inventory Category, name it and enable it.

   Items

   EPOS > Inventory Items lists every product with its category, price excluding and including VAT, VAT rate, stock level and enabled state.

   Add or edit an item

   Create EPOS Inventory Item, or View an existing one to change the name, category, price or VAT rate, then save.

5. 5

   Stop selling something

   Disable the item rather than deleting it, so past orders keep their history.
