Exporting the marketing list

Open the export
Settings > Marketing list produces the export of customers who agreed to marketing.

Where consent comes from
The 'Marketing list' question on the booking form. Staff taking advanced bookings must answer it truthfully.

Use it properly
Only send marketing to people on this list, and keep the file secure — it's personal data covered by UK GDPR.
Watch out for
- Delete downloaded copies once you've uploaded them to your mailing tool. Don't leave customer data on a reception PC.
