The KPI / Profit & Loss report

How revenue is grouped for reporting.

Settings > KPI Report

   Open the report settings

   Settings > KPI Report (titled Profit & Loss) is where each revenue source is mapped into a reporting group.

   The sources

   Revenue comes from climbing, epos_order, party, gift_card and user_membership_plan.

3. 3

   The groups

   Each source is mapped to a category such as CnC Admission, CnC Addons, CnC Party Packages, EPOS Hot Food, EPOS Cold Drinks, Merchandise or Membership.

4. 4

   Change a mapping

   Adjust the mapping and Save. Do this in agreement with whoever produces the accounts — it changes how every future report reads.
